The Double Life 
of a Sex Worker

During my exhibition, I invite my audience to place themselves in the double life of a sex worker. Explore her workplace and the stigma that comes with it versus her personal life: a single mom of one struggling under economic pressures. While her role as a mom is being praised, she is frowned upon as a sex worker. Why? Isn’t she still the same person? Deserving respect like anybody else? How come that respect is thrown out the window once people find out her occupation? I urge my audience to think about these raised questions and drop possible stigma.
